Erica Clark
I'm a two-time sexual assault survivor. I experienced sexual assault at the young age of 17 and in my 30's. I struggled with PTSD for 19 years. I know what it's like to experience nightmares, flashbacks, constant anxiety, panic attacks, depression and the many other things that go with complex PTSD. After 4 years of healing and transforming physically, mentally and spiritually, I decided I wanted to celebrate the 5th year by starting a support group and ministry to help other survivors transform physically and mentally.
I've lost 14 sizes and 70 pounds. I struggled with my mental health, complex PTSD, grief and trauma. Through everything I overcame, I developed a huge passion for trauma informed fitness, nutrition, mental health, sexual assault advocacy and modelling. I'm testimony of the incredible transformation that God can do in someone's life. I overcame obesity, started my dream fitness business, healed from complex PTSD, reached my lifelong modelling dream and modelled for Louis Vuitton and the opener of the world's largest swimwear show, Miami Swim Week. Currently, I will appear on the 2025 TV series “Miss Bikini US” bikini model search representing Canada. My dream is to win, become a bikini runway and fashion model, implement change at the government level and raise awareness about sexual assault nationwide..
My mission is to support women, empower women and help lead them to physical and mental healing. Through my own challenges, I recognized that there was a huge need in the community for support. My goal is to serve other survivors that are struggling and help lead them to transformation. I am a certified personal trainer and psychology accredited trauma informed life coach. I have partnered with a past female police officer to teach self-defence classes and I run a monthly support group on Friday.
